GP Function

Green Fund Alliance operates as General Partner — not aggregator, not intermediary, not platform.

The GP function means Green Fund Alliance carries investment mandate, manages the relationship with limited partners, structures vehicles, and holds responsibility for deployment decisions. This is fund management infrastructure — built deliberately and built to institutional standard.

The fund formation process is active. Green Fund Alliance is in the build phase that precedes a formal close — establishing origination infrastructure, GP track record, and LP relationships in the target markets that make a fund raiseable. This is not a future intention. It is current operational work.

CCG Ecosystem Position

Green Fund Alliance is the deployment layer within the Capital Coherence Group.

The Capital Coherence Group operates four distinct entities, each with a defined function. Green Fund Alliance occupies the deployment layer — the entity through which capital architecture becomes capital allocation.

Vehicle Design

Capital is deployed through purpose-built vehicles designed for the businesses and markets they serve.

Green Fund Alliance structures deployment through EkoPod vehicles — modular, sector-specific investment containers that can operate independently or aggregate into Vault-level institutional platforms. Each vehicle is designed for the operational reality of the businesses it holds, not retrofitted from Western PE templates.

EkoPod Vehicles

Sector-Specific SPVs

Modular investment vehicles organized across seven infrastructure pillars. Each EkoPod is designed for a specific sector and geography, with governance and capital stack tailored to the operational context of target businesses.

Vault Architecture

Institutional Aggregation

Multiple EkoPods aggregate into Vault-level platforms for institutional LP deployment. Vaults allow for portfolio diversification across sectors and geographies while maintaining vehicle-level sovereignty and operational integrity.

Origination Model

Relationship-Led Sourcing

Deal flow is origination-led, not inbound. Green Fund Alliance builds direct relationships with operators in target markets — the sourcing moat that conventional capital cannot replicate from a distance.

Capital Position

Continuity Capital

Green Fund Alliance takes minority or majority positions in businesses at succession or market-shift inflection. The capital posture is continuity — extending operational integrity, not extracting and exiting.

Architecture Partner

Coalescence architects the infrastructure Green Fund Alliance deploys into.

The relationship between Coalescence and Green Fund Alliance is the relationship between architecture and allocation. Coalescence designs the capital structure, assesses institutional readiness, and develops EkoPod vehicles. Green Fund Alliance deploys into what Coalescence has built.
